This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when using our iOS application for learning and simulating cryptocurrency trading (the “App”).
If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the App.

educational simulator. It shows charts and lets you practice
virtual trades. We
do not connect to users’ real wallets or exchange accounts; we
do not collect seed phrases or private keys. Market/coin data may be fetched from public sources (e.g., Bybit)
without sending your personal data to those sources.
3) Data we collectWe collect only what we need to create and operate your account and to improve the App.
Account data- Email (required)
- Display name / nickname (optional)
- Profile photo / avatar (optional; selected from your Photos library)
- Password (if you register by email). Passwords are stored hashed and salted using industry-standard algorithms.
Sign-in providers- Sign in with Apple / Google: we receive the data they provide (e.g., email, name). If you use Apple’s “Hide My Email,” we receive a relay email.
Usage & analytics (non-advertising)- Basic in-app events (screen views, feature use) via Firebase Analytics to understand performance and stability. We do not use analytics for ad targeting.
Technical data- Service providers may process ephemeral network data (e.g., IP address, device model, OS version) for delivery, security, and analytics.
We do not collect- Precise geolocation
- Advertising identifiers (IDFA/AAID) or cross-app tracking data
- Payment information (no in-app purchases)
- Wallet addresses, API keys to exchanges, seed phrases, private keys
- Contacts, microphone, camera, calendar, Bluetooth data
4) App permissions- Photos: used only when you choose a profile avatar. You can revoke in iOS Settings.
- Notifications: local (non-marketing by default). iOS will ask your permission.
5) Why we use your data (legal bases)- Account creation & authentication — to provide the service (contract necessity)
- Operate, maintain, and secure the App — our legitimate interests
- Product analytics & quality — our legitimate interests (not for advertising)
- Legal obligations — if applicable (e.g., to respond to lawful requests)
We will ask for consent if we ever need additional data or purposes outside the above.
6) Children & teensThe App may be used by people under 18 for learning.
- We do not direct the App to children under 13 and do not knowingly collect data from them.
- Where local law requires parental consent for minors (typically 13–16 in the EEA/UK), we will seek it as needed. If you believe a child provided data without permission, contact us and we will delete it.
7) Sharing & disclosureWe share data only with vendors that process it on our behalf and under our instructions:
- Google Firebase (Google LLC) — analytics (and related infrastructure if used)
Public market data sources (e.g., Bybit) are queried
without sending them your personal data.
We
do not sell personal data and
do not share it with third parties for their marketing or cross-context behavioral advertising.
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, or integrity of the service.
8) International transfersYour data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on safeguards such as
Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent mechanisms.
9) Retention- Account data: kept for the life of your account and up to 30 days after you request deletion (to complete processes and remove from backups).
- Avatars: until you remove/replace them.
- Analytics events (Firebase): retained up to 14 months (configurable) for product analytics.
- Technical logs: typically up to 30 days.
After these periods, data is deleted or anonymized.
10) SecurityWe use technical and organizational measures including TLS in transit, encryption at rest by our providers, hashed/salted passwords, access controls (least privilege), and monitoring. No method is 100% secure, but we aim for industry-standard protection.
11) Your rights & controlsDepending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, and request data portability.
- Delete account: available inside the App (account deletion feature).
- Other requests (access, correction, objections): email formatrixhelp@gmail.com. We generally respond within 30 days.
California (CCPA/CPRA): we do
not “sell” or “share” personal information as defined by law. You have rights to access and deletion and will not be discriminated against for exercising them.
12) Notifications & communicationsYou control notifications via iOS Settings. If we ever send marketing emails, we will obtain consent where required and include an easy opt-out.
13) Investment disclaimerThe App is for
educational purposes only. Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice.
14) Changes to this PolicyWe may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-App or via other reasonable means. The updated Policy is effective when posted.
